Located in the immediate vicinity of the Silver Tower, the project is conceived as both an extension of the existing ensemble and an independent addition to Frankfurt's skyline. The three structures – base, office tower, and residential tower – are spatially interwoven while simultaneously developing three distinct identities.

The Gallusanlage 8 project is more than just another high-rise in Frankfurt's skyline. As an ensemble, it will become the new focal point of a cluster of three existing high-rises. Its location in the heart of the cultural district will make it an important new landmark within the broader urban context.

The building's base is architecturally and organizationally divided into two main areas: a hotel and a mixed-use public space/art gallery. The hotel is organized around a central courtyard, providing a more private access point. At the same time, the building facing Gallusanlage offers space for the public uses of the art gallery, conference facilities, and co-working spaces.

Local Neckar Valley hard sandstone defines the base façade along the Gallusanlage. For the office and residential towers, this stone is complemented with additional materials in similar red hues. The result is a harmonious, cross-material color palette that unites the three building volumes into a single ensemble.
