The masterplan prioritises the needs of pedestrians and
cyclists, with the aim to reduce overall car usage and reliance. By
providing a range of different types of open spaces and by being
strategic with its retail and amenity placement, the masterplan seeks
to create a community with a vibrant and activated public realm.
