SIZE:  10M sqft of developable area, 35,000 new jobs, 3,000 new homes, 21 acres open public space.

Euston OSD is much more than a fully integrated transport hub connecting London and the North of England. Euston OSD will transform the wider 60-acre Euston area into a sustainable neighbourhood full of public life. The masterplan proposals are rooted in Euston's original urban fabric and aim to make the most of the areas above, between and alongside the transport connections. A network of pedestrian routes will link in the surrounding neighbourhoods, and reintroduce a number of streets that have been lost for over 100 years.

The new development will seek to positively change local residents’ lives, economic opportunities, and physical and mental health. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity to create a welcoming and thriving Euston for all.

ACME is working for Lendlease who were appointed as Master Development Partner at Euston by the Department for Transport in 2018. The design team brings together ACME, Prior & Partners, SLA, DP9, Grimshaw and Arup, with the process involving in depth consultation with many stakeholders including HS2, Network Rail, London Borough of Camden, the Greater London Authority, Transport for London and local communities.
