Tinnie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from The University of Hong Kong and earned a Master of Architecture with distinction from Newcastle University. Her academic interests centre on urban regeneration, with her thesis exploring how community, people, and collective memories can be translated into architectural expressions through form and materiality.

Tinnie gained extensive experiences at Wong Tung & Partners and ARK Associates in Hong Kong, where she worked on large-scale, high-end mixed-use and institutional projects, including The New Acute Hospital in Hong Kong, CUHK Medicine Teaching and Research Complex in Hong Kong and The Logan Centre in Shenzhen. Her work spanned from competitions, schematic design to detailed design phases. She also spent a year in the UK, working across RIBA Stages 1-5 on retail spatial planning and educational projects.

Tinnie joined ACME in 2024 as a Part II Architectural Assistant and is currently contributing to the design of Liverpool Street Station. Her responsibilities include developing and visualising design concepts for client presentations and stakeholder meetings, as well as supporting coordination efforts and preparing documentation for planning application submissions.

With a keen interest in community-driven design and a strong foundation in both conceptual and technical delivery, Tinnie brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to her architectural work.
