Senior Architect

Monica Capitanio studied at the Politecnico di Milano, the Universidade Técnica de Lisboa and the Escola da Cidade in São Paulo. She received her Diploma in Master of Science in Architecture at the Politecnico di Milano. She worked at EFFEKT in Copenhagen, where she was involved in several projects and competitions such as the New Carlsberg Brewhouse. 

Monica has worked at ACME London since 2012 where she's now a Senior Architect.

She has been involved in several projects, most notably the Chester Northgate masterplan, the Minories scheme in the City of London, the concept masterplan for the Euston Over-Station Development in London, the mixed-use scheme for the regeneration of Central Dublin and the Canopy by Hilton Hotel, a 342 keys hotel in the City of London completed in 2021. 

Monica is a key member of the Social Team, she organises and runs the main office events for both the office staff and the public. Since 2019 she has run the Cooking Club.
