Mel Tang

Mel has over twenty years of experience in architecture and interior design, with expertise across the full project lifecycle from design development and technical coordination to on-site execution and delivery. Her early career with local and Hong Kong firms established a strong foundation in construction detailing and commercial interior projects, particularly those involving lighting, electrical, and smart building systems.

She has since built broad multidisciplinary experience through roles at SURV Shanghai, Architecture Studio, and AIM Architecture, working across residential, corporate, hospitality, and mixed-use projects. Her experience includes consultant coordination, tendering, contract negotiation, site supervision, and leading teams through complex technical and delivery challenges with a practical and solutions-driven approach.

Mel joined ACME as Senior Project Manager in 2025, and is working on retail schemes in China.
