Alex Gavra
Alex holds a BA in Architecture from the University of Westminster, alongside a BSc in Computer Science and an MA in Photography. With over a decade of professional experience as a photographer, his deep understanding of spatial aesthetics and design informs his architectural approach. In 2022, he was awarded the RIBA West London Students Award for his first-year architectural project.
During his Part 1 studies, Alex gained experience at Metropolitan Workshop, where he contributed to massing and feasibility studies for housing redevelopments, followed by a placement at Fereday Pollard, where he worked on visualisation and concept design for a reservoir project in the Midlands.
Since joining ACME in 2024, Alex has been actively involved in the design development and visualisation of the London Liverpool Street Station project, focusing on station entrances, the roof, and the planning submission.
He also contributed to the design proposal for a Design Competition in Amsterdam and is part of the design team working on the interior development of a retail project in China.
