SAGE HOTEL COMPLETED
Our Sage Hotel in Ringwood/ Melbourne has opened its doors. The hotel is the next stage of the ongoing transformation of Eastland into a mixed use town centre, adding new urban building blocks alongside and atop of existing structures around our new Town Square. The hotel has 120 rooms over 6 floors. The simple volume of the rooms is dressed in a glass curtain wall, fritted to give the impression of a pleated curtain falling gently over 6 floors. The podium of the hotel as a flexible workspace members club, building on the success of the start-up office space located in the adjacent library for young tech-entrepreneurs.
